Passion: We're seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and are dedicated to making a positive impact in their lives

RBT Certification: Join our team as a BT (Behavior Technician) and we will sponsor and provide your training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.
What Does an RBT Do?
Under the direction and oversight of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) an RBT will:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy within clients’ homes, in the community, and/or in school settings.

Follow a developed treatment plan for assigned clients set forth by the BCBA.

Collect data to monitor clients’ progress and effectiveness of implemented plans.

Complete clinical session notes following insurance and organizational guidelines at the end of each client therapy session and ensures that notes are submitted in a timely fashion and in accordance with Company policy.

Ensure that clients have positive and rewarding therapy sessions through the attitude and active engagement they bring to those sessions.
